BROKEN GLASS JAR LIGHT
This is a lamp created from a recuperated jar.
It was once used to store food, and now it becomes
a container for storing light.
Inside there are lots of pieces of glass and broken mirror,
creating light and an atmosphere of magic.
The cord is covered in the same cotton used to cover
your iron's cord.
Designed by a young Polish artist who belongs to a group
of designers formed by three women, all graduated from
The School of Design in Warsaw.
Their philosophy is to break away from conventional
thoughts on design using simplicity of form, and revisiting
the details to provoke contemplation and intrigue.
